School Talent Show

Jasper school has a talent show every year. We have only had one child enter the show, it was Cody, when he put his foot over his head. Sierra, Creed and I went down to watch it this year and I taped a few bits and pieces of some of our favorites. The little girl in the first act that I have is Aubrey and her father. She is a year younger than Sierra. So funny, that is her singing, not a voice over.

Cody's 6th grade graduation is coming up.  Really, is he almost in the 7th grade?  Another Jr. High kid in our house?  They were asked to bring in a baby photo and a now photo.  The lady at Wal-Mart said to Cody. "That baby is so cute.  Oh you look good too, but that baby, you can't beat a baby."

 

1A Arkansas State Track Meet 1600M

Track season for Cameron was really enjoyable and dare I say fun?  He set a p.r. in the 1600M ever race.  Go figure.  He ended the season in Genoa, AR at the 1A State Track meet - 5 hrs away from home.  Congratulations Cameron, we are very proud of you and look forward to what is to come.

There was some good dirt for Creed to play in while he waited for the race. 

There was suppose to be rain but when the meet started it had not come yet - so it was HOT and HUMID.

Look it is Grandma & Grandpa Johnson coming to cheer Cameron on.
