Where's the Elk?

Barry and I (Amy) were suppose to go elk hunting together in Colorado, but because of my horse injury I was not cleared to ride quite yet so Cody became Barry's hunting partner. 

It and been a very hot and dry year and the elk were taking refuge somewhere else.  They saw one cow and herd one bull call during their entire weeks stay.  But they had a good time riding and seeing the sites of the beautiful Colorado mountains. 

Heading home. I'm not sure what Cody is doing.

The Anderson family made their move to Memphis.  We are going to miss them.  

Super Saturday - Cowboy Themed

Super Saturday (LDS Youth Activity or Dance) had a "Cowboy/Country Western" theme.  For our boys this is not hard to find and outfit for.  I thought they looked great and wanted a photo of them together before they left.  Easier said than done. 

Sigh.......

Happy Birthday Sierra!

We have not done a very good job on birthday's in the past, especially the parties. Part of it is due to our crazy schedule with the ranch.  But this time Sierra was able to sneak one in, not a birthday but a party. She had to have it a week before her actual birthday but she didn't mind.  

Ten 6th grade girls - oh my!
